Founded in Lisbon in 1986, Miguel Arruda Antiques & Design is a family-run gallery dedicated to the curation, preservation, and promotion of pieces with history. It specializes in furniture and paintings from the 17th to the 19th centuries, porcelain from the East India Company from the 17th and 18th centuries, sacred art from the same period, and also in contemporary furniture and design and art objects from the 20th and 21st centuries. The hallmark of our approach lies precisely in the coexistence of these aesthetics—creating dialogues between the old and the contemporary, where time does not separate, but connects.
