2. Available Products

All pieces available for sale are antique and/or used and may show signs of wear. The authenticity, origin, and quality of the pieces are verified through a specialized curation process.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT at the current legal rate. The final purchase price is displayed at checkout.

Available payment methods are indicated during the checkout process and include secure options (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal). The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Portugal and other European Union countries. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.

After purchase confirmation, the customer will receive shipping details and tracking code, where applicable, by email.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier or destination.

5. Returns and Right of Free Resolution

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the consumer has 14 days to exercise the right of free withdrawal, without the need for justification.

The request must be made in writing, via email or through our contact page.

Products must be returned in the same condition they were received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product error or defect.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days, after receipt and inspection of the items.

6. Complaints and Warranties

In the event of a defect, damaged item, or error in your order, please contact us immediately. We guarantee that your order will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation on used goods and distance selling.
